Freedom of Speech: Burma

Jailed for 20 years for criticizing the military dictator. Even his lawyer got jail time. The article says that there are 2,000 political prisoners there. This is the wonderful regime that stood idly by while their people died as a result of the cyclone.  Supposedly it was a crime against “public tranquility.” 20 years for posting an opinion on a blog.
